Je sais que tous les utilisateurs d'Internet reçoivent tous les types de courrier, beaucoup étant de la catégorie des ordures. Dans beaucoup de cas, en lisant le domaine vous pouvez déterminer immédiatement si vous voulez les lire ou les supprimer. D'autres qui ne sont pas personnel ou d'affaires reliées, sont des histoires vraies ou humoristiques, éducatives ou inspirées et même religieuses qui sont expédiées par des amis parce qu'ils les ont trouvées amusantes. J'ai certainement reçu ma part de ces histoires, mais pour une raison ou une autre je ne pouvait pas les lire à la réception, ainsi je les classais sous une rubrique ou une catégorie appropriée. Une nuit, j'ai décidé de commencer à lire certaines de ces histoires, mais il était extrêmement difficile d'en lire beaucoup en raison de toutes les adresses, des commentaires par différents expéditeurs, de symboles de programmation, de formatage et de problèmes d'épellation. J'ai alors commencé à corriger ces problèmes pour pouvoir les imprimer pour que mon épouse les lise. C'est devenu des milliers d'effacement, d'espacement arrière, d'insertion et d'autres frappes pour les rendre lisible. C'etait devenu un défi.
